- Electric radiators heating throughout and an additional focal electric fire in the lounge area.
- Kitchenette: Full Electric Cooker, Fridge (with freezer compartment), Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Good range of cookware & Utensils (Inc. bottle opener & Pizza cutter!), tea towels & washing up equipment.
- Lounge diner: Wide two-seater settee, table & chairs, coffee table, smart TV, Radio & Bluetooth Extension Speaker . Good range of Crockery, Glasses & Cutlery.
- Porch: Coat hooks, Clothes airer, Cleaning Equipment, Doggy Guest Welcome Hamper.
- Initial essentials provided: Hair & shower gel, soaps, cleaning products, toilet roll, kitchen roll, a pint of milk.
- Fuel and power included in rent.

- Private pretty enclosed secure courtyard with table & chairs and reclining sun chairs for al fresco eating and relaxing ~ a real sun trap! The courtyard also has dedicated boots/dog/fishing gear washing facilities. Bicycles can be stored safely within the Courtyard.
- Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and will be very safe in the secure courtyard with over 6’ high walls. Dogs not to be left on their own at the lodge at any time.
- Pets supplement is £10 per week.
- Sorry, no smoking inside the lodge, but ashtray & bin provided in the courtyard.
